Kitchen Table Psychotherapy Is a Proud Provider of the Lotus Therapy Fund
We’re honored to share that Kitchen Table Psychotherapy is an official Massachusetts-based provider of the Lotus Therapy Fund, a program dedicated to expanding access to mental health care within Asian communities by offering free therapy sessions to Asian-identifying individuals.
This partnership reflects our ongoing commitment to making high-quality, culturally responsive care more available to those navigating systemic, financial, and cultural barriers to mental health support.
What Is the Lotus Therapy Fund?
The Lotus Therapy Fund is an initiative of the Asian Mental Health Collective (AMHC) that connects eligible clients with therapists who reflect and understand their cultural backgrounds. Those approved for the fund can receive 8 free therapy sessions, with no insurance required.
It’s a powerful resource for those who:
Identify as Asian or part of the Asian diaspora
Are 18 or older and living in the U.S. or Canada
Face financial or systemic challenges in accessing care
Who We Work With
Kitchen Table Psychotherapy offers virtual therapy for adults and couples across Massachusetts. We specialize in working with:
Queer and trans individuals
BIPOC clients, including Asian and multiracial adults
Neurodivergent folks (ADHD, autism, and more)
High-achieving professionals who are burned out
Immigrants and those navigating complex family systems
Polyamorous and nontraditional relationships
Our approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and relational. Sessions are a space to slow down, make sense of your story, and build sustainable change — without pressure to perform or mask.
Please note: At this time, clients using the Lotus Therapy Fund may only use it toward individual therapy sessions — not couples or relationship work.
