Who I Work With

My practice centers those who are often marginalized in traditional therapy spaces. I work with:

  • Queer and trans, navigating identity, relationships, and community with care and authenticity

  • BIPOC, holding space for the complexity of cultural identity, intergenerational experiences, and belonging

  • High-functioning/High-achieving professionals, who are hard on themselves and exhausted by the pressure to do it all

  • Neurodivergent folks, Autism, ADHD and more, seeking support without masking

  • Artists and creatives, addressing issues like self-doubt and burnout in a supportive space that values artistic expression

  • People in polyamorous or ethically non-monogamous relationships, looking for nonjudgmental, informed care

  • Asian immigrants and 中文心理咨询, for Asian and Mandarin-speaking clients who want to engage in therapy in their preferred language

Areas of Focus

Some of the themes I frequently support clients with include:

  • Anxiety and overwhelm, especially when it feels like you're constantly overthinking, managing too much, or your brain won’t turn off

  • People-pleasing and boundary work, for those who put everyone else first and overextend themselves, struggling to say no

  • Relationship and communication challenges, whether with partners, family, or friends

  • Identity exploration and life transitions, when you question who you are or what’s next

  • PTSD and trauma, including complex or developmental trauma

  • Depression and adjustment difficulties, whether connected to a major change or simply feeling stuck, low, or disconnected from yourself

  • Self-esteem and self-worth, when you struggle to be kind to yourself

  • Neurodevelopmental and cognitive concerns, working on executive functioning, sensory needs, transitions, time management, prioritization, healthy routine, and emotional regulation

  • Telehealth allows me to work with clients across Massachusetts, making it easy to access support from the comfort of your own space. Whether you’re in a busy city or a quieter town, you can access care that is culturally responsive, identity-conscious, and tailored to your lived experience.

I work with individuals and couples throughout the state, including: Boston, Cambridge, Somerville, Brookline, Newton, Medford, Quincy, Worcester, Springfield, Lowell, Lawrence, Framingham, Amherst, Northampton, Salem, Beverly, and more.
