Therapeutic Approach
I believe that healing happens when you feel safe to be yourself and supported to explore something new. Whether we move, create, or talk it through, we will start with exactly what you need now so you can process, grow, and feel ready for what’s next.
In sessions, we might focus on emotions, relationships, or patterns that feel hard. If you come in with a partner or family member, we’ll work together to better understand each other, listen more openly, and feel more connected. You’ll always have a voice in the process.
I am committed to fostering long-lasting change and help you achieve your goals through a compassionate, collaborative process. You don’t have to suffer or make yourself small, and you don’t have to do it all alone. I’m here to walk with you.
